HR Business Partner Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • To act as the main contact for employees in relation to human resource matters. His/her role is to facilitate, socialize, identify, analyse, and anticipate needs of the internal clients and provide practical solutions that is in line with the Company’s policy and procedure.
  • Ensure new employee are welcomed and equipped properly.
  • Manage staff probationary period and rotation.
  • Coordinate employee’s communication and socialization program.
  • Perform staffing duties including engagement activity, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedure.
  • Demonstrate analytical capabilities and influence management team with data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage exit clearance process including exit interview for resigning employee.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork.
  • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Used to deal with fast moving environment, complex matrix organizations and cross cultural management
  • Experienced in dealing with an approximate population of 1000 employees or more
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
